Brickell office and condo water service
Bottleless Water Coolers in Brickell, Miami, FL
Brickell is where Downtown's condominium units are concentrated, and the Brickell Financial District holds a large share of its office space.
In a high-rise, five-gallon bottles mean carts, elevators and storage space. A bottleless cooler connects to the water line already in the suite, so there is nothing to haul up.

Suites, shared floors and amenity rooms
For an office suite, tell us how many people use the pantry and whether anyone wants hot water. A shared floor or a coworking space sees steadier traffic and may need a sturdier unit than a ten-person firm. In a condominium, an amenity room and a unit's own kitchen each call for a different model, and if your building is managed, check with building management before the visit.
We look at team or household size, where the unit will go and how it will be used, then handle installation, maintenance, filter replacement and repair.
Where Brickell's water comes from
Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (WASD) reports that its drinking water is groundwater from wells, withdrawn primarily from the Biscayne Aquifer with a limited number of wells in the Floridan Aquifer. The department softens the water with lime and disinfects it with chlorine and chloramine, which is chlorine combined with ammonia.
Treated water from the county's three regional plants flows into a common distribution system that runs through most of Miami-Dade, and WASD delivers drinking water to more than 2.8 million people each day. The City of Miami does not run its own treatment plant. It relies on county-operated treatment from WASD.
A cooler filters water at the point of use, so it is a separate step from anything the utility does.
Equipment for offices and condominiums
The AF-5000 is a commercial-grade model with hot and cold dispensing, built for offices and other high-traffic areas. Where space is tight, the AF-3000 comes in a compact countertop model, and the Sparkling Water Dispenser is built for countertops at home or office. For a shared amenity room that wants ice, the AF-i16 produces up to 165 lbs of ice per day and also dispenses hot and ambient water.
