Miami Beach hospitality and condo water service

Bottleless Water Coolers in Miami Beach, FL

Tourism supports more than 11,000 jobs in Miami Beach, nearly a quarter of all employment in the city, across hospitality, restaurants and retail.

The city's water system serves single-family homes, condominiums, apartments, businesses, hotels and schools, and we set up filtered water for the same range of places.

Hotels, restaurants and condo buildings

In a hotel or restaurant, a staff area may need ice and high capacity, while a guest space may call for something smaller on a counter. In a condo or apartment, the unit has to fit the kitchen, and an installation tied to a water line may need approval from building management.

We look at size, location type and usage on site, install the equipment, and provide maintenance, filter replacement and repair support.

Where Miami Beach gets its water

Miami Beach buys all of its drinking water wholesale from Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department, and the city's Public Works Department manages the connections within Miami Beach. The water comes primarily from the Biscayne Aquifer.

On top of the county's testing, the city runs its own sampling plan, with daily, monthly, yearly and three-year testing.

Equipment for hospitality and residences

A busy back of house can use the AF-Ice 900, which pairs a separate water delivery with 44 lbs of ice a day. The AF-5000 suits high-traffic staff areas with hot and cold dispensing and an extra-large gap. For a condo kitchen, the compact countertop version of the AF-3000 keeps the footprint small.

Frequently asked questions

Does Miami Beach treat its own water?

No. The city buys all of its water from Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department and distributes it through its own system.

Can you install in a hotel's back of house?

Yes. We set up filtered water for hotel and restaurant staff areas as well as condos and offices.

Do condos need a different unit than a house?

Not always, but counter space and building rules can narrow the options, so we confirm both before recommending a model.

Tell us about your hotel, restaurant or condo in Miami Beach and we will recommend a setup.
