North Miami Beach office, medical and home water service
Bottleless Water Coolers in North Miami Beach, FL
North Miami Beach is a five-and-a-third-square-mile suburb in northeastern Miami-Dade, midway between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, on the 163rd Street corridor to Oleta River State Park and the Golden Glades Interchange. Florida International University's Biscayne Bay Campus is close by.
Its largest employer in 2024 was Jackson North Medical Center, with 2,000 employees, followed by Grand Realty of America, the city itself, ECE Consulting Group and Klika Tech. That mix means medical offices, real estate firms and consulting and technology companies.
NMB Water reaches well beyond the city line
North Miami Beach runs its own water utility, NMB Water, and its 2025 report says: "If you live in Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach, Miami Gardens, or Golden Beach, chances are you get your water from NMB Water." The report puts its service area at approximately 180,000.
The water is groundwater from two aquifers. Biscayne water from about 10 to 200 feet down is treated by lime softening and/or nanofiltration. Brackish Floridan water from about 1,250 feet down is treated by reverse osmosis. The two are blended and disinfected with chloramine, at 2.5 ppm as the highest running average, against a limit of 4.0. Florida's 2025 assessment found 21 potential sources of contamination, all with low susceptibility. NMB Water lists 305-948-2960.
Medical offices, real estate teams and tech floors
A clinic waiting room, a real estate office and a software team have little in common except the kitchen. We look at team size, where the unit will go and how it will be used, then install it and handle maintenance, filter replacement and repair. No bottles to lift, store or reorder.
Equipment for waiting rooms and open offices
The AF-3000 comes in stand-up and compact countertop models, with multi-stage filtration and a large dispense point. For an office that likes fizz, the Sparkling Water Dispenser is built for countertops. The AF-5000 suits a busy shared pantry, with hot and cold dispensing and an extra-large gap.
