Water service for warehouses
Bottleless Water Coolers and Ice for Warehouses
On a warehouse floor, tell us how many people use the break area on each shift and whether they want ice. Those two answers decide the size of the unit.
A bottleless cooler connects to the water line already in the building, so there are no bottles to lift, store or reorder.

Break areas that run on every shift
Crews on different shifts often share one break room all day. A unit sized for steady traffic avoids queues, and ice is worth a conversation.
We look at team size, the location and how the water will be used, then install the unit and look after maintenance, filter replacement and repairs.
Models for crews
The AF-Ice 900 is designed for busy workplaces, with 44 lbs of daily ice production, 8 lbs of extra storage and a separate water delivery. Where a larger crew wants ice along with hot and cold water, the AF-i16 produces up to 165 lbs of ice per day.
For a lobby or pantry with steady traffic and no need for ice, consider the AF-5000, a commercial-grade model with hot and cold dispensing.
How service works
We start with an on-site recommendation based on team size, location type and how the dispenser will be used. Then we install the unit with filtration configured for everyday use, and we handle maintenance, filter replacement and repair after it is in.
Getting started
Tell us the headcount per shift and whether you want ice. We will recommend a model.
Frequently asked questions
Can you set up ice for a warehouse crew?
Yes. The AF-Ice 900 and the AF-i16 both produce ice. Which one fits depends on how many people use the break area.
Do I need to store bottles?
No. A bottleless cooler connects to your existing water line.
Who maintains the unit?
We do. Maintenance, filter replacement and repair are part of what Acqua Fresca handles after installation.
