Water service for schools
Bottleless Water Coolers for Schools
A school office or staff room does not need a pile of five-gallon bottles, a delivery schedule and someone assigned to lift them. A bottleless cooler connects to the water line already in the building.
We install in offices, clinics and other commercial spaces across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, and the same setups suit a school's administrative and staff areas.
Front offices, staff rooms and shared spaces
The usual spots are the front office, the teachers' lounge and an administration wing. Each has a different headcount, and each can have a different model.
Without bottles, there is nothing to store in a supply closet and no reorder to remember between terms.
Models that fit a school building
The AF-5000 is a commercial-grade model with hot and cold dispensing and an extra-large gap, built for high-traffic areas. The AF-2000 has a dual-function mechanical paddle with hot, cold and ambient water, and a familiar feel.
For a small office, the AF-3000 comes in a compact countertop model with multi-stage filtration. Where a larger staff area wants ice, the AF-Ice 900 produces 44 lbs of ice daily.
How service works
We start with an on-site recommendation based on team size, location type and how the dispenser will be used. Then we install the unit with filtration configured for everyday use, and we handle maintenance, filter replacement and repair after it is in.
Getting started
Tell us where the unit would go and how many staff use the space. We will recommend a model, install it and handle the upkeep.
Frequently asked questions
Which model suits a staff room?
It depends on headcount and whether you want ice or hot water. Tell us both and we will recommend one.
Do you replace filters?
Yes. Maintenance, filter replacement and repair are part of what Acqua Fresca handles after installation.
Is a countertop unit available?
Yes. The Sparkling Water Dispenser and the AF-3000 compact model are both built for countertops.
