Pembroke Pines office, retail and home water service
Bottleless Water Coolers in Pembroke Pines, FL
Pembroke Pines is the second most populous city in Broward County, with 171,222 residents in the 2023 estimate and more than 50 neighborhood and community shopping centers.
Its financial report lists Memorial Hospital West as the largest employer, followed by the city itself and Broward County Public Schools. That mix means clinics, offices, storefronts and a great many homes.
Clinics, storefronts and homes
A storefront in a shopping center and a clinic waiting room both need a unit that fits a small footprint. A family kitchen cares more about counter space, and about whether anyone wants sparkling water.
We look at household or team size, where the unit will go and how it will be used, then install it and look after maintenance, filter replacement and repair.
Pembroke Pines runs its own water system
The city maintains its own water treatment plant. Its 2024 drinking water report says the water comes from groundwater wells drawing from the Biscayne Aquifer between 90 and 144 feet down, and is then softened, filtered and chlorinated for disinfection. The disinfectant is chloramine, and the report says the drinking water meets all federal and state requirements.
In 2024 the Florida Department of Environmental Protection identified 10 potential sources of contamination for the system, with low to moderate concern. The city's financial report also lists a new raw water main from its eastern wellfield to the treatment plant. For water questions, the city lists 954-518-9000.
Equipment for shops, clinics and kitchens

The AF-2000 suits teams that prefer the familiar mechanical paddle, delivering hot, cold and ambient water. For a break room that wants ice, the AF-i16 produces up to 165 lbs of ice per day.
